Item arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately. Included rechargeable batteries were a bonus along with the charger, nice feature. Two lacking features are a vibration mode for receiving messages and a weather alert mode. These options are included on the highest end Motorola two-way radios – however, those radios are also larger. This is the smallest radio available with an extended range (16 miles) and rechargeability.
